Anne Celeste Heche, an American actress best recognized for her roles in the film and television genres. She was awarded many awards, among them an Emmy Award, the Daytime Emmy Award as well as a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche, born May 25, 1969 in New York City and died August 11, 2022 in the city of Los Angeles, was an American actress. She first gained recognition for her roles for her roles as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love of the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991), she won two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The latter part of the 1990s saw her became more prominent with the role in the film Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. She is best known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She's the daughter and granddaughter of actors Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career very early. The first time she appeared on screen was in the age of four when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. The film was a short one on the subject was nominated by the Academy Awards. The actress would often be seen on the set with her mom, where she was able to learn about the nuances of business. She was initially chosen for the part by Glen Larson who sent her an extremely preliminary script to play an appearance in the 1978 television series Battlestar Galactica. In the beginning, she didn't like the role because she thought it was too weak. Later Glen created a brand new character specifically for her, with a much stronger character named Sheba. She embraced the Living Legend's script after having read the first 25 pages. The show ran for only one season. The actress starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the film Joyride (1977) as well as co-starred with Michael Moriarty in the horror film The Dark Tower (1987).
